Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and grading of donated merchandise
  • Efficiently process items to achieve daily production objectives
  • Support various operational areas to meet production goals
  • Quickly identify and resolve issues or escalate to management as needed
  • Maintain effective communication with management and team members
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration among peers
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow safety protocols and report hazards to management
  • Participate in all required training sessions and meetings
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
  • Must be at least 18 years old to operate forklifts
