Diesel Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Sysco. As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
- Diagnose and repair complex problems with electrical and mechanical systems
- Work with a team to maintain a clean and organized workshop environment
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices
- 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair
- ASE certifications in diesel engines and electrical systems
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
