- Reporting to: Operations Supervisor
- Schedule: Full-time, three 12-hours shifts; night shift availability is preferred.
- Location: Milford, DE (On-site)
- Patient Supervision and Safety: Conduct regular safety checks, monitor patients and facility grounds, and communicate with medical staff as needed. Document incidents and adhere to facility rules.
- Waive Testing: Report vital signs, conduct UDS and pregnancy tests, and follow company policies.
- Patient Interaction and Support: Engage in respectful and professional interactions with patients, offering emotional support and referring clinical concerns to therapy staff. Demonstrate empathy and adaptability in addressing diverse patient needs.
- Communication and Team Collaboration: Share relevant patient information with the Team Leader, Supervisor/Operations Director, and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care. Foster positive relationships within the addiction treatment community.
- Daily Program and Facility Management: Assist in patient transport, group coordination, and recreational activities. Maintain facility safety, supervise supplies, and prepare patients for discharge.
- Valid driver's license with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years.
- At least 21 years of age for motor vehicle insurance requirements.
- Relevant behavioral health certification.
- Work experience in the field of substance use disorder or mental health treatment.
- Experience working with patients at various levels of care, emphasizing detox and residential levels of care.
- An associate's degree or higher.
- Empathetic and Compassionate: You foster trust and support patients in a respectful, understanding manner.
