Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include developing individualized patient plans, administering medication, providing wound care, and consulting with physicians as needed.
This role requires a high level of expertise, judgment, and skill, demonstrated through effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, be a registered nurse, and hold current certifications in Basic Life Support and ACLS/PALS (if required).
Preferred qualifications include experience in relevant specialties and certification related to the position.
