Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in critical illness/long term acute care to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a LTAC setting, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, addressing individual needs and goals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to manage their health and make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patients' progress, identifying areas for improvement and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
- Active RN license in the state of Delaware or a compact license.
- Minimum 1 year critical illness/LTAC, Med Surg Tele, or ICU experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
