Human Resources Leader

Landmark College is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the Director of Human Resources, the chief personnel officer responsible for leading the College's human resources function. The successful candidate will report to the President and serve as the liaison between College employees and senior management.

• Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the College's mission and goals
• Provide guidance and support to employees on personnel policies and procedures
• Recruit, train, and manage personnel to ensure a positive working environment
• Advise senior management on human resources-related matters
• Develop and manage the College's benefits and compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to human resources management
• At least eight years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources
• SHRM Certification highly desired
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs and Paychex payroll and benefits administration software
