Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Data and AI Solutions Architect to join our team at KiZAN Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft enterprise-level IT solutions, supporting complex sales initiatives, and developing offers aligned with Microsoft initiatives and funding.

Key Responsibilities

Support complex sales initiatives, focusing on opportunities over specific financial thresholds or key strategic accounts
Develop offers and align them with Microsoft initiatives and funding where possible
Actively listen, create, and sustain constructive tension and trust with customers/partners by respectfully challenging their decisions and/or areas where they might do more and encouraging them to consider alternative architectures/solutions and approaches
Develops and expands existing impactful relationships with customer architects, C-level technical decision makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years in IT with at least seven years in a senior consultant/architect role
Proven track record in designing and implementing Microsoft enterprise-level IT solutions
Ability to disambiguate complex ideas and communicate in a simple and compelling way to a wide variety of audiences
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
Strong analytical and technical skills
Ability to travel, overnight up to 10%
Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Knowledge of business, technology, industry, and market ecosystems
Thinks, behaves, and acts in an innovative consulting manner to drive organizational strategies
Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments
