Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
3. Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying and addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
4. Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare teams.
5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

Requirements:
1. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
