We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Planet Healthcare. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a hospice setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospice care

  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts, nights
