Occupational Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ayden Healthcare in Piqua. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients based on physician referrals and develop effective treatment plans with functional, goal-based outcomes.
  • Treat patients according to treatment plans and record clinical documentation according to accepted regulatory and professional guidelines.
  • Communicate with patients, clients, and team members to ensure seamless care and coordination.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, patient care conferences, and other meetings as required.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment areas and department.
Requirements:
  • Licensed therapist with a strong background in occupational therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain productivity standards and meet clinical needs.
