Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

At GForce Life Sciences, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving our manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing outcomes and efficiency.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by providing engineering expertise and ensuring smooth integration into existing manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new equipment and processes, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Apply professional judgement and expertise to resolve manufacturing challenges and optimize processes.
  • Utilize previous experience and best practices to make informed decisions that contribute to the success of manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving manufacturing performance and achieving organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; or equivalent practical knowledge gained through experience.
  • Strong understanding and application of engineering principles and concepts relevant to manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in automation problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on professional judgement and previous experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
