Responsibilities
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for residents
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge
• Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents
Qualifications
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
