Barback - Circle Bar

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barback to join our team at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.

• Develop and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the bar area, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among guests and staff.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty drinks, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist bartenders and mixologists in the preparation and presentation of drinks, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious beverage pairings, enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in mixology and beverage service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a fast-paced beverage service environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of mixology techniques, ingredients, and equipment, with a passion for creating innovative and delicious drinks.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
