Position Overview

This role encompasses the primary duties and responsibilities associated with the position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety Management

Ensure adherence to the company's Health, Safety, & Environmental Program, maintaining a Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace, and fostering a Harassment Free Work Environment.

  • Conduct daily inspections of the worksite to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Project Oversight

Provide comprehensive on-site administrative and technical management on construction projects, reporting directly to the Superintendent.

  • Collaborate with engineers, owners, or subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Budget and Resource Management

Maintain thorough knowledge of project plans and specifications, ensuring effective management of project resources and budget.

  • Labor Supervision

Oversee craft employees and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and resolving personnel issues as they arise.

  • Communication and Leadership

Foster open communication with all stakeholders, including internal personnel and external customers, while demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire team members.


Qualifications and Standards

  • Minimum of 2 years of construction experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting and carrying weights as required.
