Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Classroom Management: Ensure the daily care and well-being of every child by adhering to all licensing guidelines and company standards.
  • Communication: Establish strong relationships with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
  • Classroom Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom that promotes learning and development.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications: Complete and pass state required background check
  • Experience: Qualified Lead Teachers have 12 ECE Units & 6 months paid experience in a childcare center or similar field; Assistant Teachers have a minimum of 6 completed units and 6 months paid experience
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: Pay based on Position, Education, and Experience; Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Benefits: Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time-off, and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees; Limited medical offered for part-time workers
