The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store for Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and support the Store Management Team by sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the store, including the installation and removal of fixtures and displays.
  • Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including unloading shipments and stocking shelves.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours.
  • Physical demands of the job require climbing ladders and setting up fixtures.
