Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment projects to ensure a seamless and efficient process from start to finish.
  • Own the pipeline of active and passive candidates, utilizing expertise in candidate sourcing.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and establish strong relationships with selected universities.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, managers, and HR team to influence and convince others to build strong relationships and drive successful recruitments.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in diverse recruitments and candidate sourcing, ideally within hourly or entry-level manufacturing and supply chain roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on employer branding.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills to grasp complex business concepts and make compelling propositions.
  • Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (iCIMS is a plus), LinkedIn, and Indeed.
