Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Math and Science Learning Center. The successful candidate will possess a passion for education and strong math skills, with experience in program management, customer service, and/or education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations of our program offerings, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage new student intake and integration process, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and staff.
  • Liaise with our science, technology, and engineering curriculum team to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
  • Train and manage a team of part-time instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent teaching practices.
  • Support new business efforts, including marketing and outreach initiatives to develop interest in our programs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain and update social media posts, promoting our programs and engaging with our community.
  • Support the processing of project materials and aid in inventory management, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Serve as an instructor for our math and STEM programs, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging with students.
Requirements
  • Possess a strong appreciation and passion for education, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Experience in program management, customer service, and/or education, with a proven track record of success.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong empathy, tact, and diplomacy, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to write effective business correspondence, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs, with a strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, with a focus on education, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Bilingual a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
