We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Memory Care Activities Coordinator to join our team at HighPointe Assisted Living & Memory Care. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating and leading engaging programs that enhance the quality of life of our residents.

Job Description

In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and implement adult-centric activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents. You will work closely with the Director of Entertainment & Programming to develop and implement a monthly program calendar that includes cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate activities and events that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to provide entertainment and educational opportunities for residents.
  • Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a Program Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using technology to plan and execute events.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $18.29 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday pay.
