We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at St. Joseph Residence, a not-for-profit skilled nursing facility in New London, WI. Responsibilities
  • Manage resident medical needs, including medication pass, treatments, and assessments
  • Implement resident care plans and educate staff on changes
  • Supervise nursing assistants on the unit, utilizing a teamwork approach
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide direct care to residents as needed
  • Responsible for timely and accurate charting in the medical record
  • Participate in performance improvement projects
Requirements
  • Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of WI
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team
