We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at St. Joseph Residence, a not-for-profit skilled nursing facility in New London, WI. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Manage resident medical needs, including medication pass, treatments, and assessments
- Implement resident care plans and educate staff on changes
- Supervise nursing assistants on the unit, utilizing a teamwork approach
- Work collaboratively with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide direct care to residents as needed
- Responsible for timely and accurate charting in the medical record
- Participate in performance improvement projects
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of WI
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team
- Competitive hourly rate of $32.00 per hour for Part-Time LPNs
