Role Summary:
In this crucial role, you will manage intricate commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring that every project aligns with our high standards of quality, punctuality, and budget compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and direct all stages of commercial construction projects, encompassing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Leadership: Guide, mentor, and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns while providing consistent project updates.
- Quality Assurance: Guarantee compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies, delivering projects that meet or surpass client expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address challenges or delays that may affect project timelines or budgets.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving strategies without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in commercial construction, showcasing a proven history of successful project management.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, strong leadership and communication capabilities, and proficiency in project management software.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
