We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Columbia Crest Center in Moses Lake, WA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $40-$43.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
  • CPR Certification required
