Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lake Ridge Solana Center in Moses Lake, WA.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient needs, administering medications, and performing treatments as ordered by physicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:
