Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage servers, including installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide essential software support for laptops, desktops, and printers, including hardware configuration, testing new software, and designing network structures.
  • Monitor system configurations, including server event logs.
  • Test operating system software, networking software, and computer hardware.
  • Develop and implement procedures for server backups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline.
  • 5 years of system administration experience within the last 8 years.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
