Island Adventure Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Island Adventure Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique and picturesque setting, surrounded by stunning natural beauty.
Job Summary:
The Island Adventure Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various island activities and programs. This includes conducting beach walks, delivering informative talks about the island's history, geography, and wildlife, as well as assisting with other guest needs.
Responsibilities- Develop and present educational programs to guests
- Provide exceptional service and respect to guests
- Maintain lodge, props, slides, and guide areas
- Assist guests with fishing gear and licenses
- Organize and maintain lagoon water equipment and library supplies
- Be knowledgeable of daily functions and activities occurring at the Lodge and surrounding area
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be physically fit and able to handle a varied schedule.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions and close quarters with others
- Current ServSafe Certification
- Experience in the outdoor industry or science/ outdoor recreation background
