Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an annual quality bonus.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a member of our Care Delivery team, you will be an integral part of our vision to improve the health outcomes of our patients.

You will have the clinical resources and support of a global organization behind you, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. Our clinicians are empowered to work at the top of their license, making decisions that drive better patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a variety of settings
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal results
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners OR Licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas State Medical Board, or the ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Valid DEA license, or the ability to obtain one prior to employment
  • Comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient population
  • Comfortable providing coverage at any of our clinics in the greater San Antonio area
