As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hotel Operations
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations
    • Schedule employees in accordance with forecasted occupancy and adjust staffing as necessary
    • Coordinate with the General Manager to ensure that rooms are available for guests
  • Guest Services
    • Monitor guest feedback and identify areas for improvement
    • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee the budget for hotel operations and ensure that expenses are controlled
    • Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate hotel staff to achieve exceptional service standards
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Safety and Security
    • Ensure that hotel staff are trained on and follow safety procedures
    • Monitor and report any safety incidents or concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Associate degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or Management
  • Experience
    • Two to four years' experience in hospitality industry
    • Previous supervisory experience
  • Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of hospitality industry and business management fields
    • Basic to advanced knowledge of labor analysis and monthly financial analysis
    • Knowledge of sales process, client base, and general market knowledge
