Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Financial Crime Consultant to join our team at Employee Relations Associates.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, and Corruption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Financial Crimes.
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Financial Crimes.
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information to Wells Fargo personnel in Financial Crimes.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 6+ months of experience in Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Corruption, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
