Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized Bakery area, including cases and shelves
  • Prepare and display products in accordance with our quality standards
  • Assist with receiving and stocking products
  • Monitor and prevent spoilage, communicating waste to buyers and Team Leaders
  • Assist with periodic inventory checks
  • Arrive to work on time, appropriately groomed and dressed, and ready to work
  • Work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings
Requirements
  • Ability to sell proactively and learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department
  • Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to meet customer service expectations and standards
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures, and effective time management and organization skills
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
