As a vital member of our management crew, you will play a crucial role in supervising daily operations across one or more of our vibrant bars. This pivotal position will ensure that our standards of excellence are maintained in all aspects, including team leadership, service quality, workplace atmosphere, and customer relations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity within a dynamic, high-volume setting
  • A friendly and approachable leader capable of inspiring, managing, and nurturing a diverse team
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and brunch shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks such as walking, bending, and standing

Your Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of daily floor operations
  • Assist in overseeing both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams, while working shifts to foster a positive work environment, drive sales, and create outstanding guest experiences
  • Encourage a lively, enjoyable, and inclusive workplace culture
  • Uphold the quality and standards of Sleeping Giant's culture, cuisine, beverages, service, and ambiance
  • Perform additional duties as required
