About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at The Cannabist Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our wide range of cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all intake forms and paperwork are properly completed and filed correctly, then enter all relevant information into our database for future reference.
  • Confirm patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and inform the pharmacist of such limits.
  • Provide exceptional customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests for product information, training, and general assistance.
  • Manage patient records through the use of our MMJ database and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of all Columbia Care products, including building and maintaining a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Two years of direct customer service experience required.
  • Retail experience a strong plus.
  • Experience with Point-of-Sales systems.
  • Understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.
