We are currently on the lookout for a Pest Management Specialist. This role will be stationed out of our operational base.

Key Responsibilities:

If you are a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships with clients, working independently, having fun, and ensuring the safety and health of our community, this position is ideal for you.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Completing our industry-leading, company-sponsored two-month training program
  • Assisting both residential and commercial clients with their pest management needs
  • Conducting inspections of attics, crawlspaces, and both the interiors and exteriors of properties

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

The hiring process includes a background check in compliance with all applicable laws. Candidates will have the opportunity to clarify any background information.

Applicants must meet the physical requirements of the job and safely perform the following duties, with or without accommodations, as well as obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored):

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limit
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas safely
  • Work in various weather conditions

Salary Range: $30.00 per hour
