Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room recovery area, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications, perform clinical treatments, and provide education to patients and their families.
- Monitor and document patient progress, communicating effectively with the care team and physicians to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in patient care.
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire
- One year of experience in a similar role preferred
