REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's Degree in Electronic Repair or 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of computer hardware and basic networking principles
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Rental/Service Functions:
- Oversee the deployment and servicing of rental and service equipment to clients.
- Maintain, organize, and verify accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the efficient flow of company assets while adhering to established protocols and documentation.
- Work within deadline-driven environments to prepare and ship orders.
- Conduct necessary maintenance and repairs on assets.
- Assist customers with required data and information.
- Participate in monthly cycle counts of rental and service items.
- Contribute to quality control (QC) for all equipment.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace while following company policies and procedures.
Bench Repair Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on instruments and assets.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure instruments meet calibration standards.
- Develop procedures to guarantee proper functionality.
- Execute repairs on equipment and instruments that do not meet tolerance specifications.
- Adjust work procedures to align with daily production and shipping schedules.
- Propose enhancements for production, equipment performance, and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments and supervisors to address needs and improvements.
