Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team at Carle Health. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Food safety certification and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
