ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Lead daily operations and strategic initiatives for Consumer Brands.
- Enhance sales through the formulation and implementation of multi-channel strategies.
- Effectively manage the global supply chain framework.
- Influence the development of new products.
- Guide the Brands team towards achieving operational objectives.
- Ensure sustained positive returns on investments and overall brand profitability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on future brand strategies.
- Work alongside operations management on process optimization within the organization.
- Manage relationships with mass merchants, distributors, international accounts, OEM partners, representative groups, licensing agreements, and Prostaff members.
- Drive sales growth and performance.
- Optimize the supply chain by identifying new partnerships and executing supply chain strategies.
- Maintain supplier performance metrics and address product quality control challenges.
- Oversee the lifecycle of new items and annual projects.
- Manage the re-sourcing of existing projects and initiate new projects.
- Oversee packaging development, including tariff, HTS, and trademark considerations.
- Manage heavy and inactive inventory, coordinating solutions for product movement.
- Plan and execute high-level trade shows and consumer events.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and their implementation.
- Lead Brands team members and drive performance across all areas.
- Travel for consumer events, trade shows, and customer/supply chain meetings, with expectations of 6-12 trips annually.
