Core Responsibilities

Establish and Maintain BIM Standards

  • Formulate, execute, and uphold BIM standards, protocols, and guidelines to guarantee uniformity and excellence across all assignments.
  • Regularly assess and refresh standards to stay aligned with industry-leading practices and technological innovations.

Oversee BIM Resource Library

  • Supervise the development, organization, and upkeep of BIM libraries, ensuring they remain current and accessible to project teams.
  • Ensure the library is exhaustive, containing all essential families, components, and details for effective project execution.

Facilitate BIM Communication and Training

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all BIM-related communications within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.
