Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Certified Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional patient care within our healthcare facility. In this role, you will operate under the guidance of the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.

  • Deliver care tailored to various age groups
  • Monitor and assess vital signs and clinical symptoms
  • Select and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions
  • Provide education to patients and their families
  • Comply with infection control protocols
  • Work autonomously with limited oversight

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform respiratory therapy procedures
  • Oversee mechanical ventilation operations
  • Administer therapeutic medical gases
  • Collect and interpret arterial blood gas results
  • Engage in patient discharge planning processes
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Practitioner Program
  • Experience in acute or critical care environments
  • Current MSRT and NBRC credentials
  • Basic Life Support certification is mandatory; additional certifications are advantageous
