Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the facility. This role involves performing extensive cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, washing walls and windows, and managing waste disposal.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently collects and disposes of waste according to established procedures and hygiene protocols.
- Dusts and damp mops floors following the designated cleaning methods.
- Rearranges furniture and equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and returns items to their original positions.
- Utilizes appropriate cleaning materials and equipment to sanitize all surfaces, adhering to the eight-step cleaning process.
- Washes walls, windows, furniture, and baseboards to uphold a clean and safe environment for all.
- Proactively identifies areas needing attention and takes initiative to complete cleaning tasks.
- Completes all assignments as directed by the supervisor.
- Follows all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines in the execution of duties.
- Strips, scrubs, buffs, and refinishes floors; shampoos carpets as necessary.
- Collaborates effectively with team members, demonstrating professionalism with clients and colleagues.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
