Station Chef

We are seeking a skilled Station Chef to join our team at NebulaTech. As a Station Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of goods and equipment for events and catering, while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Inventory Management: Responsible for ordering goods and equipment in the merchandise management system, adhering to recipes and considering economic aspects.
• Kitchen Operations: Ensure a smooth process in the entire kitchen/counter area, including personnel allocation and instruction at the counter for events.
• Collaboration: Work hand in hand and coordinate with the event management and service team to deliver exceptional results.
• Food Quality: Ensure desired food quality, attractive presentation, and precise preparation of dishes, while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Quality Control: Continuously monitor food quality and freshness, as well as proper storage and processing to comply with HACCP standards.
• Maintenance: Regularly inspect equipment and appliances for functionality, and ensure compliance with all occupational safety and hygiene regulations.
• Preparation: Assist with the preparation of dishes using fresh and high-quality ingredients, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Education: Successfully completed training as a cook (m/f/d) and ideally further training as a kitchen master (m/f/d).
• Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
