We are seeking a highly skilled Server to join our team at KAJUN KIDD BURGERS AND WINGS LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
  • Writing patrons' food orders on order slips, memorizing orders, or entering orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly manner
  • Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
  • Ensuring tables are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems
  • Collections payments from tables
  • Preparing checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
  • Assisting food preparation staff when necessary

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff
  • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
  • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
