Spiritual Care Specialist

CareRing Health, LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Spiritual Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our mission is to provide exceptional homecare services to patients in need, and we believe that spiritual care is an essential part of this mission.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct spiritual assessments of patients and their families/caregivers to identify their spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the spiritual needs of patients and their families/caregivers.
- Provide direct spiritual care to patients and their families/caregivers, including counseling, support, and education.
- Maintain accurate records of spiritual care services provided.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure that spiritual care is integrated into the overall care plan.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in ministry, counseling, or a related field.
- Experience working with death and dying, individuals, families, and caregivers.
- Ability to work in an interfaith setting and to accept different lifestyles, cultures, beliefs, and values.
