Job Summary

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist for a local contract position in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging exams utilizing proper technique and equipment.
  • Process and calibrate ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Assist radiologists during invasive exams, providing exceptional patient care and support.
  • Conduct equipment quality control, patient transportation, and room setup and cleanup.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as required by the department.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of diagnostic sonography.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
  • State license (if required).
  • American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in Sonography.
  • CPR-Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
