Key Responsibilities- Technical Support
- Provide technical recommendations and solutions to customers to ensure the effective installation, implementation, and maintenance of complex patient monitoring systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with patient monitoring equipment and IT infrastructure.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their technical needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Field Service
- Travel to customer sites to install, implement, and maintain patient monitoring systems.
- Work collaboratively with customers to ensure a smooth and successful implementation process.
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the development of new technical solutions and methodologies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce technical issues.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience in the IT technologies or electronics industry, preferably in a field or hospital-based service environment.
- Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of patient monitoring systems and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Hourly pay range: $32.16 to $55.13, plus overtime eligibility.
