We are seeking a highly skilled Operations & Maintenance Shift Supervisor to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the execution of an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) shift operation at one of our manufacturing plants.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of staff assigned to mechanical operations, production, and maintenance.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the shift, including monitoring production levels, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall plant performance.
