About the Role

Chapman Ford is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to contribute to the success of our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and inviting environment for our customers, ensuring a positive first impression and driving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicles, adhering to dealership display standards
  • Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for demonstrations and test drives, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries as needed
  • Prepare vehicles for sale, including making key tags and placing buyer guides and stock tags
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, stalls, and parking lots as required
  • Ensure the sales lot remains clean and well-maintained

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous lot attendant experience is a plus, but training will be provided
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Work Environment and Schedule

The dealership operates from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm on Saturdays, with Sundays closed. We seek candidates with flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and Saturdays.
