Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser to join our team. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will represent Mondelz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelz' guidelines.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelz in store.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Be able to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet the defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
