Multifamily Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced multifamily professional to join our team as a Community Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of an apartment community, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate and manage all core business processes, including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment, and team development.
- Supervise and assist team members in completing all duties and responsibilities appropriately, safely, and on schedule.
- Problem-solve and develop solutions for the successful accomplishment of property objectives.
- Empower others to perform and provide necessary support, set and measure challenging standards of performance, and facilitate the movement toward a common vision.
- Communicate effectively in one-on-one and group settings, reflecting appropriate vocabulary, grammar, and word usage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and other applicable regulations.
- Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles.
- Valid Driver's License.
