Job Summary:
Richland Correctional Institute is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN General) to join our team. As a LPN General, you will work in a correctional facility setting, providing compassionate patient care and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities:
• Work scheduled 10-hour shifts from 12 PM to 10 PM
• Work every other weekend as part of the shift schedule
• Perform a variety of nursing duties, including assessing patients, planning and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:
• LPN license
• Ability to work in a correctional facility setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
