- Provide outstanding customer support by assisting clients from the initial sale to vehicle appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.

- Manage the intake of vehicles delivered to CarMax, ensuring proper documentation and inventory reconciliation.
- Perform cosmetic inspections to guarantee that all vehicles adhere to CarMax Quality Standards.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including generating daily reports, maintaining transaction records, and liaising with finance companies regarding customer contracts.
- Schedule service appointments and review repair order invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
